Abstract

El presente artículo hace un recorrido histórico por la Ciencia y la Tecnología en Colombia, mostrando las diferentes políticas que al respecto se han promulgado durante los últimos 20 años de gobierno y el avance que se ha dado debido a ellas. Finalmente, se realiza un análisis sobre la influencia que el cumplimiento de éstas ha tenido en el desarrollo económico y social del país y por ende en su nivel de competitividad.

Abstract

This article intends to make a historical journey through Science and Technology in Colombia, showing the different policies that have been enacted in the last 20 years of government and the progress that has been made thanks to them, making an analysis about the influence that the fulfillment of these has had on the economic and social development of the country and therefore on its level of competitiveness.
