Abstract

This article, based on the results obtained in the research project “Social balance, exploration
of reality in SMEs and diagnosis of the structural needs for its implementation”, aims to establish
whether there is a coincidence between the basic guidelines to carry out social balance and
practice in SMEs in Mar del Plata and the region.
