Abstract

The legal systems of different countries recognize the existence of electronic securities, even though the manifestation of electronic invoice as a security. Traditionally, its negotiation has been carried out through third parties that are responsible for its issuance, registration and custody, however, taking into account the implications and developments that technology has had, the possibility of endorsing securities is questioned electronic through other decentralized mechanisms. Against this background, this document aims to demonstrate that Blockchain is conceived as an effective tool with full possibility of being applied in the endorsement of electronic securities, which generates important advantages for the parties.
