Abstract

Argentina is one of the world’s leading honey producers. However, domestic consumption of this product is reduced. To generate an appropriate strategy to market this product, it is important to understand the consumer’s preferences and expectations. Regarding this, the view of consumers was discussed to understand the prospect of the domestic honey consumption market in Argentina. A survey was conducted, which voluntarily involved 620 people between the ages of 18 and 64.
