Groups as analogy of the organization: about driving change in organizations

Abstract

In thinking about organizational change, one focus of change intervention is the small group or team. This article reviews or analyzes the analogy of each type of group with the organization in general and presents the added value that this analogy can contribute to the direction of change in the organization.
