Abstract

When analyzing the development of this millennium, it is necessary to focus in a very special way, the growth of China, a country that undertook efforts of great geopolitical impact and that are reflected in the fact that it currently stands as a Great World Power, for which, it requires free access to the main routes of International Maritime Trade, aggressively transforming its navy into a global one.
